River Creek Cottage

I finally got around to start building again, and what inspired me was the B-n-S challenge #54 – All According To Plan.

We were given a house plan to replicate, then do the interiors as we wanted. We had a §50 000 budget, mine came in at §49 183, to be exact – that was before removing the CC washer and dryer, which will not be included in the upload. The home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a large allroom with eating nook, a kitchen and a living area. Outside there’s a dining area, a grill and a small pool. Here’s the house:
