Charme Rustique

This build happened as a result of me wanting to play around with roofing! Yeah, I know… It was a lot of fun to take a break from all the moderns and just do something completely different!

It contains a master suite with adjacent nursery and bathroom, a guest suite with adjacent bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, two shared bathroom, a huge living room, a dining room, kitchen and garage. It also has an outdoor eating area, a pond and a grape garden behind the house. It is built on a 30×30 lot and does not contain CC, but uses items from the store as well as EPs/SPs.
