Sunnybrook Victorian

Sunnybrook Victorian is my entry for Fidlerten’s Victorian challenge, and the first Victorian I have ever finished. (Yes, that means I have tried, and failed, earlier.) It has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom and a nursery with a shared bathroom and a study area upstairs. Downstairs is the living room with dining area, kitchen with exit to the garden and an additional bathroom. Outside there’s a dining area and a pond with fish spawners.

Due to this competition, the house is completely CC free, but uses some store items and items from WA.

Because of the broken exchange, this house is uploaded to my mediafire account instead of the exchange, but I will upload it to the exchange later, when the exchange is fixed. The download link has been removed, due to the Girl Doll Dressed, which had snuck into my home!!
