Waterfront is a modern family home. First floor has a living area, a kitchen with bar eating for three, a small bathroom and two single bedrooms. Second floor has a study area as well as a sunken master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Outside there’s a dining area, carport, and a pool. The colors for this build is light and has, for me at least, a spring feel to it. The house does not require expansions, but some store items are used.
