The Micros

Inspired by a lot of builds I have seen recently, I decided to go small for a change! Building on a 10×10 lot can be really fun, and these three homes took me surprisingly little time to complete. I must say, working with only base game patterns felt limiting at first, but that makes the CASing so much more important.

All three contains base game items only, no EP content at all (another challenge) and only one store mirror that snuck in… Nothing you can’t live without!! The total cost is under §30 000. The ground floor is a rather open area containing a kitchen, dining area and seating. There’s also a half bathroom tucked in under the stairs. The top floor contains a master bedroom (which is surprisingly spacious, considering the size of the home) with access to a balcony, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The lots has been fully playtested, and everything works! Each lot has also been run through Custard, and came out clean (as they should, I have no CC in my game right now.)

The three lots are identical images of one and another, only the colors and textures are different. So I didn’t bother taking overhead pics of the last two, lol!
