This home has a special history: I saw SimEve’s new basement aquarium tutorial and decided to try it. It worked great, and I ended up building this house surrounding it. It was therefore a bit random and unexpected, but still, I am very happy with how it all turned out. I have also used MeestorMark’s pool platforms tutorial in this build.
The house itself contains the before mentioned basement aquarium, which is the main feature in the living room/study. The lot also comes with two double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area and breakfast bar, a large pool with an outdoor dining area next to it, as well as a garage. The color scheme is pure and simple: Black, white and aqua. There should be no CC in this house, besides some patterns. It uses some store items, mainly the BahHaus, UltraLounge Bathroom and the Collectionne Stäncké sets, but also some odd items.
